Nara is one of Japan's leading sake producing areas and is also said to be the birthplace of sake.Our store stocks a selection of Nara local sake carefully selected by the owner himself.Please enjoy the perfect marriage with Japanese cuisine.Please feel free to ask for alcohol recommendations.

The owner was born and raised in Nara.

The owner has been involved in Japanese cuisine for over 10 years.After training at a famous hotel in Nara and a Japanese restaurant in Kitashinchi, he opened a Japanese restaurant in his hometown of Nara.We offer Japanese cuisine that respects tradition while adding a twist with a young sensibility.

[A special seating area to enjoy with all five senses] We have six counter seats available, which represents the true joy of Kappo cuisine.The tables are made from a single solid piece of cypress wood and have been carefully polished by craftsmen to create dishes that are completely uncompromising. You can enjoy a pleasant conversation with your companions and even a chat with the chef, at times.

[Private table seating] There are three tables.We have two tables that seat four people and one table that seats six people.Each seat can be separated by a curtain, so it can also be used as a semi-private room.Enjoy your meal in a private space.If all the seats are connected, we can accommodate up to 14 people.

[A hideaway in Omorimachi] Our restaurant is located about a 10-minute walk from JR Nara Station and a short walk from the bus stop [Omorimachi Station].The restaurant is located in a wide alley, so it is easy to get there by taxi.We have rooms available for a variety of occasions, so please feel free to ask us any questions you may have.

We would like to introduce the Sapporo Sorachi Beer we offer at our restaurant.Its unique dry hopping method gives it a refreshing aroma reminiscent of cypress and lemongrass, as well as a refined flavor.Please enjoy the crisp, fragrant taste.

The owner himself was involved in the design without the involvement of a designer, and the interior was then shaped by a master carpenter from Nara.Not only is the counter made from a single solid piece of wood, but the pillars are also made from cypress, creating a space that exudes a Japanese atmosphere rooted in the ancient city of Nara.
